Meet the author

Wolf Kelly, age 7

Hi, I'm Wolf. I'm 7 years old. I make up the adventures with my dad and he helps me write them down. He does the typing.

All the spirits in my books are real. The Kitsune, the Tengu and the Kodama come from real Japanese legends people have told for hundreds of years. And there really are 306 steps up to the Golden Buddha in Chiang Mai. You can go and climb them yourself! I love travelling the world.

Scotty has been to a secret Pirate island, Thailand and Japan, with many more destinations to come.

I wrote these books because I love adventures and I want kids to believe in themselves and be kind to others.

Every title is a 50-page paperback, 8.5 × 8.5 inches, written for ages 4–8. Twenty-five full-page illustrations, one to a spread. About a seven-minute read-aloud — one story time slot.
